The classic AGA hotplates, which can boil and simmer, provide even more flexibility and can handle extra-large pans or serve as a cooking surface. With quick heat-up times of just 10 to 12 minutes, the hotplates can be turned off when not in use, allowing for energy savings of up to 50%.
The AGA eR7i
Launched in July 2024, the AGA eR7i brings improved range cooker features to your kitchen. It includes two spacious cast-iron heat storage ovens perfect for baking, roasting, and simmering, along with a conventional fan oven that operates independently, boasting nine temperature settings and a quick 15-minute heat-up time.
In addition to the classic AGA hotplate, which can be adjusted for either boiling or simmering, there's a two-zone induction hob that enhances cooking versatility. This induction hob comes with various features, including bridging, timer functions, and automatic pan detection.
The AGA eR7i is also equipped with a robust 2.1kW grill that offers four adjustable grilling positions.

With the eR7 models, you have the added convenience of controlling each oven and hotplate independently, allowing you to operate just one oven and one hotplate if needed. The digital control panel also lets you adjust the temperatures for both roasting and baking ovens.
This cooker is designed for full programmability, ensuring optimal efficiency. Using the handset, you can set your ovens to turn on automatically at chosen days and times, so they’re ready to cook whenever you are.
Optimal Oven Flexibility
The AGA eR7 100 offers complete digital temperature control for a variety of dishes, featuring four settings in the baking oven and five in the roasting oven, along with the option for long, slow cooking in the simmering oven.
The roasting oven includes five pre-set cooking options: R9, R8, R7, R6, and B4, allowing you to adjust the temperature from very hot to moderate. This versatility means it can also function as an additional baking oven, with the R9 setting being perfect for quick grilling.
In the baking oven, there are four pre-set cooking options: B4, B3, B2, and B1, which adjust the temperature from moderate to cool. You can easily cook sweet and savory dishes at the same time without worrying about flavor mixing. Additionally, this oven can serve as a second simmering oven.

These cast-iron heat storage ovens are enhanced with a unique Altrashell™ coating that protects the cast iron and simplifies the cleaning process.
Additionally, the roasting, baking, and simmering ovens feature innovative cooler-touch stainless steel inner door liners. This patented design not only keeps the outer door panel cooler but also allows for easy removal of the inner panels for cleaning.
